TS Global International Pty Ltd and its wholly-owned subsidiaries TS Global Pty Ltd have created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our company commitment to privacy. The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for this Web site, www.tuffstuff.net.au and other electronic TS Global communications.
Each time a visitor comes to the TS Global site, we collect some non-personally identifiable information to improve the overall quality of the online experience. We may count, track and aggregate the visitor's activity into our analysis of general traffic flow at our site.

Use of cookies / log file data
A "cookie" is a small data file that can be placed on your hard drive when you visit certain Web sites. This site uses cookies for internal reporting and to deliver visitor selected content and language. If a visitor has cookies disabled in their browser preferences, this site will default to deliver content in English on future visits. TS Global may also co-sponsor these activities with other companies, in which case the user’s individual contact and demographic information is likely to be shared with the other participating sponsors. However, a registrant’s personal contact and demographic information will not be released to third parties or non-participating organizations without the user’s consent and TS Global will request that co-sponsors of such events uphold the privacy of the registrants’ information but TS Global does not assume any liability where the co-sponsors do not comply with such requests.
When appropriate, an option will be made available for users during the event registration process to choose to receive information from third-party organizations.

If you are received mailings from us:
(a) your email address is either listed with us as someone who has expressly shared this address for the purpose of receiving information in the future ("opt-in"), or
(b) you have registered or purchased or otherwise have an existing relationship with us. We respect your time and attention by controlling the frequency of our mailings.
Opt-in Policy
When you submit personal information, you may choose to receive future mailings or permit use of your information for other purposes by "opting-in". TS Global will provide you with an opt-in box to mark for this purpose. By default, the box is not checked. In cases where users opt-in, we use your information to send updates on TS Global. Opt-out Policy
If, after "opting-in", you decide at any time that you do not wish to receive communications from us, our site provides you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving further communications from TS Global. Each email newsletter sent to you by TS Global contains an easy, automated way for you to cease receiving emails from us. If you wish to do this, simply follow the instructions at the end of any email newsletter.
