Refund Policy

When you buy TS Global products, we offer you our 60 day money-back guarantee on all our standard stocked products. If you are for any reason, not entirely happy with your purchase, we will cheerfully issue a full refund. We develop, manufacture and distribute high quality products and provide friendly technical support to our clients and distributors. Please include your order number or our Sales Order Confirmation number (sent to you via email after ordering) and optionally tell us why you’re requesting a refund – we always take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service.

To request a refund, contact us with your purchase details within sixty (60) days of your purchase and return the goods to your nearest distributor in unused condition. Custom manufactured goods are subject to client approvals before fabrication so TS Global will at its own discretion assist in any way possible if alterations or modifications are required to the product at our standard charge out rates.

In the very unlikely event you receive a faulty product, TS Global will pay freight costs for the goods to be returned and replaced.

Shipping Policy

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

TS Global is committed to your satisfaction with our service, so we work very hard to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible. We pick, assemble, pack, and dispatch orders daily.

If you do not have a preferred shipping agent or transport provider, TS Global utilises Mainfreight and Scorpion International so we can easily obtain costs for you based on your delivery requirements.

Delivery times vary depending on how far away your delivery address is from our Newcastle warehouse located in New South Wales,  Australia.

We offer our distributors one FIS shipment per week. Other deliveries will incur freight costs.

Can you ship to a different address than my home or billing address?

Yes, in fact we recommend you chose an address where someone will be available to accept the delivery. As most of our products are bulky and heavy, handling equipment may be required to unload the goods at your destination.

Can you ship to a PO Box?

TS Global does not ship to PO Boxes.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, while you are there please inspect our facilities and see firsthand the quality products being manufactured from start to finish.

Can I pick up my order from my nearest distributor?

Yes, we can dispatch to any of our distributors or most likely will refer you directly to them.

What shipping cost will apply to my order?

This is determined by the weight, cubic meters of the consignment and the destination delivery requirements. Shipping charges calculated on the order are an estimate only, we highly recommend you request a freight quote based on the complete order.

What does the shipping cost cover?

Shipping costs include delivery charges and packaging materials etc for international requirements.
